This is a PS to my first post, where I let you know about BrisStyle's current fund raising activity for national breast cancer awareness month. They/we are helping out 'chicks in pink'. A charity organisation which aims to raise funds which have a positive, significant and real impact on people who are affected by breast cancer.
There are many BrisStyle goodies on offer (search 'brisstyle' and 'chicks in pink' on etsy for a squizz , or try this *link*). I've added another shelleyberelli bag to the goodies on offer. It's the Aloha Pussycat swing tote! 100%of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to Chicks in Pink (and there's free postage in Australia, too!!)
Many of you may be aware that October is national breast cancer awareness month. Breast cancer is the most common cancer amongst Australian women so throughout the month of October BrisStyle is pitching in with assitance to help raise much needed funds for chicks in pink!
For those of you who are not familiar with 'chicks in pink' they are a charity organisation which aims to raise funds which have a positive, significant and real impact on people who are affected by breast cancer. Their funds also contribue to the better understanding and treatement of breast cancer through medical research. Today, chicks in pink supports Mater Private Hospital Brisbane, Mater Private Hospital Redland, Mater Adult Hospital and Mater Medical Research Institute (PS extra special plug for shelleyberelli, who's involved in the 'Mothers and Babies' research theme).
